Lowes Foods has some very good deals this week on Heinz Ketchup, red potatoes, cheese, hummus, ice cream, veggie burgers, various condiments and more!
These deals are valid 8/29 - 9/4.
Lowes Coupon Policy Basics:
Doubles coupons .99 or less everyday
Doubles up to 20 coupons per day
Doubles up to 4 identical coupons (must have required product to go with each coupon)
BOGO sales ring up at half price. If you just buy one, it still rings up at half price and you can still use a coupon on it! I love that policy!

P&G Gift card promotion: Purchase $30 in participating P&G products in one transaction and receive a $10 Options gift card by mail. The gift card can be used at Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Athleta and Piperlime, in-store or online. There are coupons from the 8/26 P&G insert that will match with some of the item sin the ad. The ad includes the coupon match-ups. I didn’t really see anything in my buy price range included in this promotion, but if you are brand specific for P&G products, there may be something that interests you.

A good cheap meal in the making w/ some .97/bag red potatoes cooked in the .97/lb snap beans, corn on the cob, and some chicken from the freezer! :)
