I think I am taking the girls on a day trip to the beach so we may just have sandwiches that I take from home.

msgooch - I usually use a tri color pasta or shells, a variety of veggies including green and/or red peppers, grape tomatoes, green or vidalia onions, canned mushrooms and black olives. Then I use a combination of light mayo and light sour cream for the dressing. I've used this same recipe for a million years and the kids and hubby love it.
