Harris Teeter & Lowes Foods weekend specials

Both Harris Teeter and Lowes Foods usually have some weekend specials for their e-Vic and Fresh Rewards members. Check your Friday e-mails from both stores to see the deals you received and then share them here.

Remember, the deals we receive on Fridays are different for each person and you may have totally different deals than those I receive. Check your Friday e-mail from both grocery stores to see the specific deals that are loaded to your reward cards. If you don't get the e-mails from these stores, you can sign up online at both company websites:

Recyclebank has $2/2 Kashi coupons (60 points) that make the Kashi Go Lean a really good deal. They also have another Kashi coupon for $1/1 Berry Blossom or Honey Sunshine for 50 points, but those aren't on my eVic specials. :-)

My HT e-vic came and it was for 50z gain, 6oz Dannon yogurt, 18 ct HT eggs, 150oz Tide, Kashi go Lean, 6pack gatorades, M&M icecream bars and 23oz Smithfield marinated pork roast.

I went to Lowe's yesterday to pick up my free coke from Aisle 50. It rang up for 1.99 took off .74 for the sales price. Aisle 50 took off the entire 1.99, so I made .74!

I know this isn't part of the HT/FL post, but would anyone be able to print the "toys r us" coupon for me (from the "printable retail coupons")and email it to me? Anytime I try to print it, it ssays that the domain is incorrect, but I know that's not true...I'm trying to buy a couple birthday gifts for parties this weekend so this would really help me out! Thanks!

I received 50 oz Gain, 6 oz Dannon yogurt, 18 ct HT eggs, 150 oz Tide, 13.1-15oz Kashi cereal, U by Kotex 32-120 ct, 12 oz Fishermans market shrimp, and 7oz Gillette Series Shave gel.

I got my HT & LF. Got the same deals as smolder13 for HT and for LF 6 oz red raspberries for .99 (super excited about those!), deli meat entree, vegetable tray, wine, and Hi-C juice boxes. (those were .99) so I'll see what the sugar content is in them and possibly pick up a couple for the kids...
