LF's keep sending emails promoting their "free Coke" deal, but if you used it a couple months ago, they will only let you use it once. Thought it was another deal, but when I tried to sign up, it said I had already participated :-(

Made my weekly Cart Aldi visit and got great deals on fruit, 5 lb bag of baking potatoes for .99, plus got many surprise sale items like a $3 ice cream cake good til 2013 but will be used this Sept for a birthday. Also, I picked up copy of next week's ad with great buys to include 3pk grn peps for 1.49, pint tomatoes .89, garden salad .59, cukes .29, mushrooms .79. Meat special will be chicken skewers for $4.49. Just some of deals.

i happenend to stop at lowes foods at brier creek to get my sales flyer, since my paper only carries the durham sales ad. when i walked in i was greeted by a couple of LF associates giving away freebies for the grand reopening today. they also had a great amount of sampling tables and a sale of peaches for .57/ lb and i found a coupon for a dollar off produce.those were sweet and juicy. so, you might want to check it out. the giveaway is only today.

Does anyone know what Harris Teeter's weekly meal deal is? I didn't get a circular in the mail and HT's website only says "Check back here for future meal deals". Thank you.

I also hope Aldi isn't doing away with their great produce specials; that is the main reason I shop there!

I just saw on a website that JC Penney Salon is offering FREE haircuts for kids in grades K-6 for the whole month of August! I called and our Wilson JCP is participating! Call and get your kids a FREE haircut today! Thanks to Dealseekingmom.com for the info!!
