Happy Mother's Day!

I wish all the moms here on our blog a fabulous Mother's Day! Motherhood is more challenging than I ever imagined, yet it is even more fulfilling! I am thankful every day for my amazing daughters.

After a lovely visit with my mother-in-law and sister-in-law and our families on Saturday at the coast, I look forward to a relaxing Sunday with my family here at home. I'm finally planting some tomato plants and some flowers and sleeping in! Have I mentioned how excited I am to sleep in?!

For those of you, like me, who have lost your moms, I wish you peace and happy memories this Mother's Day. I miss you every day and love you with all my heart, Mom.

I can relate to Faye. I lost my Mom 22 years ago and I think about her every day.

I am so sorry for your loss. Mary Beth. The first year without my mom was the hardest. It's still hard, but like you, I am blessed to see her spirit in my girls. Sending cyber-hugs your way. Happy Mother's Day. :-)

Happy Mothers Day Faye and all of you other lovely Mommas! :( This is my first Mothers Day without my Mommy ... it is hard. I am blessed to see so much of her beauty in my children. They had a great Church service and BBQ today so that was comforting. I received a BIG beautiful pot of Petunias and other mixed flowers because I had the most kids!

I slept until 11 am!!!! Whooo hooo! Already an awesome Mother's Day! My little one woke me up because she had made a yummy breakfast for me and then we watched a movie together. Great day so far! Have a fabulous rest of the day everyone!
