Faye, this was a great video for not only guys but those who still have doubts about couponing. I have recently seen a few gentlemen who coupon as well.

I even got my son to start couponing! He isn't as extreme as me with coupons, but he is saving money. Being stationed on a military base, he really can see the savings by using coupons to shop in the commisary.

All the money saved at the grocry store can be applied to rent, car payments and all sort of other bills. I have never understood why more men do not see the "real money" saved in couponing. How in the world is it "uncool" to save money whether you are male or female? My husband sure did enjoy the 50% off dinner we bought last night with a coupon and the savings per year from couponing at the grocery store more than pays for our property taxes each year. Free money IS cool!!!!!!!

Guys do coupon! I enjoy it. It is fun and I like the organization it brings. I hate 'wandering' the shelves. Get in, get out, spend the least. Congrats to him. Great role model for fathers!

quemaster - you are a great role model for guys here on the blog! If you have any other advice or thoughts for the guys out there, please share them!

My thanks again to Eric for taping the video this afternoon! Your family is lovely and the kids were so polite and respectful!

I am so proud of my Dad who, at 81 years old, has always been the family grocery shopper and is a couponer as well. I've shared a lot of what I've learned about how to maximize coupons with sales, stacking, etc., and I mail him an envelope of coupons every week. He's the person who taught me the very basics of grocery shopping many years ago... and he can pick out a mean canteloupe too ;)

Way to go, Mr.Douglas! :-) My father-in-law was also a savvy shopper.

I have been using coupons for years, especially when H/T has their Super Doubles. Great way so save a lot of money. Women aren't the only smart shoppers.

Those are some pretty impressive numbers.

LOVE to see guys with coupons in the stores! I always encourage their efforts! Saving money is not just for women :)

Way to go Eric!!!

My husband has started doing the "back" work for me -- helping to cut and organize. Wish he would start shopping the list for me as well :)
