One of the many things I love about birthdays, in addition to being around another year to celebrate them, is the fact that there are many companies who will give me flat out freebies just for getting older. Free meals, coupons, cards and more are some of the goodies I have received on my birthday after signing up on their websites. Since this is my birthday month, I thought it was a good time to chat about all those great freebies so you, too, can score that elusive free lunch!

Some of the participating companies include Auntie Annie's, Breugger's, Chili's, Dairy Queen, IHOP, Moe's, Orange Julius, Quiznos, TGI Fridays and so many more!  Another benefit is that when you sign up with these companies, many give you a freebie or high value discount coupon right then and there.  You don't even have to wait until your birthday. And, they often give you coupons throughout the year!
