any deals on filets? My husband is running out of the NY strip that I had gotten awhile ago and wanted filet mignon -- yeah I know. Ridiculously expensive. Anyone seen any deals on this at any point?

I'm joining the bandwagon of "Had it with the Durham Kroger on MLK Blvd". I ran in to get some milk (good price at @2.88 gal) and I noticed the Kellogg's Frosted Flakes were on sale for $1.99. I picked up three boxes because I had the $.50/1. I get to the register and only one of the coupons doubled. First the cashier accused me of having "xeroxed" coupons. I explained to him that they weren't and he could check the serial number. Then he says that if you have 3 of a like coupon only one will double. What?!?!?! So I made him take two of the boxes off my tab and give me my coupons back.

Hillshire Farms Gourmet Creations are 3.99 at HT right now. I had a 1.50 ZVR and there are $1.00 coupons on the package that double for a final price of .49

msgooch - their policy is NOT to honor competitors coupons for a specific item. They only officially honor competitors coupons for a total off your total order (like a $4 off $40 coupon from Food Lion). With that said, a couponer e-mailed me last week and said her HT store took a Tidy Cats $1 register coupon from Food Lion. So, you can ask at customer service, but the policy is that they will not take them.

HT coupon experts, I have a question for you! Will HT honor individual item coupons from competitors? I know they honor the $$ off $$ purchase, but I'm not sure about individual items. My boyfriend presented me with a handful of coupons from Target and some are $1 that I could use for Super Doubles.

I had 2 good trips to HT this weekend. First one I got 2 ICB light butter tubs, 2 country crock butter tubs, 2 skinny cow snack boxes, 2 murrays sf cookies, 1 wholly guacamole, 2 minute maid lemonade drink boxes, 2 gain, 2 all, 1 philly cream chesse, 1 philly cookie cream, 2 garnier fructis products, 1 crave cat treat, for 37.89 oop. My second trip this weekend: 1 All, 2 minute maid drink boxes, 2 milo's dog treats & 1 Alexa Sweet Potato Fry, 2 Starbucks 11.5 oz Columbian grounded, 2 country crock spread, 2 ICB spread and a few other small things that I can't remember now, LOL. For $19.07 oop. My final trip will be today. I have the b1gi for playtax tampons plus the $1 off we got today will make them a good deal. They are 4.99 a box right now at HT. I hope they restocked the Belvita Breakfast Biscuits. My tween actually likes those & doesn't consider herself breaking the I cant eat a breakfast code.
