Harris Teeter & Lowes Foods weekend specials

Both Harris Teeter and Lowes Foods usually have some weekend specials for their e-Vic and Fresh Rewards members. Check your Friday e-mails from both stores to see the deals you received.

I am definitely seeing some good possibilities with the Harris Teeter e-Vic deals I just received including:

FREE Pepsi Next 2 ltr soda ZVR e-vic coupon is available for many to load right now. It's not on the e-Vic e-mail but it was in my digital coupons. Thanks to everyone for posting about this!

Saturday only deal: Gain, 50 oz., $3.77 - $1 coupon from 4/15 RP =  $1.77, limit 2 AND many are reporting that there is also a ZVR e-Vic coupon available making it only .77 after coupon and e-Vic coupon! Thanks to everyone for posting about the ZVR!

Rudi's Organic Breads, $2.97 - $1 printable coupon for the gluten-free bread HERE = .97 (an awesome price for gluten free bread!) The HT e-mail indicates the deal is good on all varieties so I am assuming the gluten free is included....if they carry it.

Sparkle towels, 6 big roll or 8 roll, $3.97 - $1 coupon from All You Magazine in March = $1.97

Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, original or coconut milk, 64 oz., $2.47 - .55/1 coupon from 3/18 SS = $1.37 (like paying $2.74 for a gallon of milk - a very good deal for almond milk)

Here are the other HT deals I received in my Friday e-mail:

HT Organic milk, 1 gallon, $3.97

Dial soap, 3 bar, .97

Dannon Oikos Greek yogurt, 10 for $10 - $1/5 ZVR e-Vic coupon = .80 each

Stouffers red box entrees $1.97

DeWafelbakkers pancakes, save $2

Remember, the deals we receive on Friday's are different for each person and you may have totally different deals than those I receive. Check your Friday e-mail from both grocery stores to see the specific deals that are loaded to your rewards cards. If you don't get the e-mails from these stores, you can sign up online at both company websites:

Harris Teeter website

Lowes Foods website

What deals did you get this week?

Wow, would not have looked there. Thanks

The Rudis is stocked with the frozen-bake-yourself bread near the bakery at North Hills. I was surpised too:)

leeandkaren24 - thanks for the Rudi's link for a Q. Where is the Rudi's bread in the store? I could not find it and neither could the manager at the HT at cary Village Mall HT. We looked everywhere for it

The Rudi's bread is ONLY the organic 20-24 oz...NOT the gluten free so the 1.00 q does not work; however there is a 75 q here: http://www.rudisbakery.com/loaf-for-less/

i wish i had gotten that organic milk deal! :( but i have gotten two catalins lately for $1 off the HT organic milk, so that's not too bad . . .

Lowe's has a coupon book for $1 right now and they are super doubling them. Alot of $1.my new thing is shopping with my coupons online and giving it to the personal shopper. next day i get an email with my credit attached. my trip today costs me $1.18. I had no impulse buying by letting someone else do the shopping . harris teeter and lowe's both do this

You're welcome JDouglas! I learn so much from all the posters on here, so I love when I can contribute a helpful tip!

I spent $16.71 oop and saved $72!! My best so far..had to pay full price for some chicken but hey we have to eat dinner :) LOL Can't wait for the Gain deal tomorrow that is execellent!!

Dstnd, that was a great tip on how to see my HT weekend specials. Thanks!!

bean, sometimes after you use a ZVR, it becomes available on your list again! So always check online when you get home (or via smart phone) to see if you can reload it. We've had that happen many times and it's a nice bonus!!
