Faye...WOW! Yes, what a typo indeed! I used $9.99 in Walgreen's RRs (2 total) along with coupons to reach my total savings of $160, which was also a typo - my actual total savings...$210 today, so almost exactly 75% :)
After a great power nap this afternoon, I've decided to make a few more runs this week to both HT and LF for freebies/super cheap only.

Has anyone else tried the Purex crystals? I love the Downy Unstopables but these were a better deal, and I am putting together a cleaning basket for a friend's bridal shower gift. Btw, if any fellow couponers are giving bridal shower or even graduation/college move-in gifts, cleaning baskets are such a helpful gift and can be super cheap with coupons!

Unlike some coupon events, I don't have many items that I'm planning to make another trip for, but am pleased with my deals: Emerald nuts, Lifesavers candy (my IP did not scan either, but was entered manually), Quaker Stila (RC), NutriGrain bars (RC), Grande tortilla chips, S. Beach bars, AquaFresh, Smart Balance milk (and free spread), Sorrento mozarella, Tums Freshers, Charmin Freshmates, SunMaid chopped dates (clearance priced $1.74 on shelf w/other dried fruit), Seasons sardines, and EarthBound Farms romaine.
I wrote down how many of each price coupon I was using, and was glad I did because when I checked the receipt, one of the $1.50 ones had not been scanned. Likely they just stuck together - but CS was of course wonderful and after verifying she refunded the $3 for that coupon.

Ummmm....jzka - I am guessing that was a typo and that you did not try to use $160 in walgreens rr's at ht. ;-)
I agree with the observations that there are not as many freebies, but I am thrilled with the healthier deals, as jzka noted. Free Smart Balance milk (with raincheck), Activia yogurt and guacamole rocks! lol We are still enjoying the free tofu from the last HT triples event.

HT had a few more people, but they were also well stocked at Noon. While I agree that not as many items were free this time around, I found that the deals I did get are the healthier items that we use and really need.
I spent $70 at both stores today, but I saved $160 using Walgreen's RRs and a $10/50 HT Recyclebank. I bought everything we need for two weeks with the exception of the fresh produce I bought last week at Aldi.

Debra - I am not sure I understand your question. If you load an e-Vic coupon, it will only come off of the product 1 time. So if you buy 3 of that product, you will not get the e-Vic coupon for all three. The coupon may re-load after you have used it and you can check to see if you can load it again by going back into your account at harristeeter.com.
You can use the e-vic coupon with the mc at the same time though!
If that didn't answer your question, give me a little more info about what you want to do.
