finesse, I'd talk to friends and family and find out who has an eye dr they trust and would recommend. Once you've seen the dr, you can get your glasses anywhere. I've used lenscrafters and I like them. They have all sorts of discounts so I'm sure you'd be able to find something. I'd spend the $$ on a good eye dr though; you can't get new eyes. LOL

Where can I find a good deal on eye exams and eye glasses. Currently don't have any insurance so, everything will be out of pocket.

jzka23vzka...well, i have a recyclebank account, but never paid much attention to it. who knew there was a $10 off $50 in there? well, you guys did, obviously. ;) thanks for the inadvertant tip! mine's on the way! now i have to be more diligent about adding those rb points.

If you didn't get a Sunday paper, check your local Walmart. My husband Fred who works there picked me up 2 copies this morning. We went shopping Sunday and got everything but the paper. So much for making a list. LOL!

Does anyone know of a good carpet cleaning deal? I found one on Living Social, $65 for up to 600 sq ft, which sounds like a decent deal, but thought there might be even something better out there.
