I make my own sauce from peppers, vinegar(not like downeast sauce), whostershire, salt, thyme, brown sugar(not much so a not to burn), and tomato sauce. I cook mine in the oven for 5-6 hrs at 250 so I don't have to constantly feed charcoal. It's done when the "7" bone comes out easily. A 10lb roast makes about 6-7 lbs of BBQ!!

Kelly - as Meliisa posted (thanks Melissa), I posted about the Lowes Foods coupon book on Monday. They are selling a coupon book with a ton of good coupons and all proceeds go to local food banks. Ask at customer service if they have any booklets left.
Savvysaver - everyone seems to have gone up in prices lately. I was thinking the same thing about every grocery/big box store ad in the last month. With that said, I bought $74 worth of groceries from Lowes Foods yesterday for $20.93. The good deals are still there, I promise! :-) Some of my best deals were using the coupon book I just referenced above. Ragu for .50 w/ coupon, Hungry Jack pancake mix for .50 w/ coupon, Hellman's BOGO-.75/1 coupon. Also bought free McCormick spices w/ .75/1 coupon & $1 LOL butter.
