"We want to assure all of our customers that there have been no recent changes to the Rite Aid coupon policy. We accept Buy One, Get One Free coupons, however only one coupon can be used for each pair of items purchased. Customers can use up to two coupons with a “Buy One, Get One at a % Off” promotion, provided the total value of the coupons does not exceed the selling price of the two items combined.

I strongly suggest you call corporate for "clarification" and to express how badly the manager made you feel while getting your lecture. I would also request to have the district manager call you abotu the incident. Sounds like terrible customer service to me and should definitely be passed on to corporate. I'd like to know what the response is if you get a chance to post or e-mail me.
