mothar1...A good solution to your problem is to shop at the Sunset Lake Rd. location if possible. They are much more coupon friendly and they know their stuff :)

mothar1, I frequently purchase things at HT that have been marked down and have never had an issue with them taking the coupons and doubling them just as if the price was not clearance. The coupons will always reject and have to be manually entered but have never had a hassle.

mothar - depends on the HT. Some will let you use coupons and double them on clearance and some will not.

Walgreens has a teaser on their Facebook page right now. It says:

I have no idea what freebie they are hinting will be available but if you happen to see it later today please post it. I won't be at the computer today very much because we have a busy Spring Break Day planned getting the girls mani/pedis and going to see The Hunger Games with my oldest and her friend. Does Harris Teeter have a policy as far as doubling coupons on clearance items? My cashier at the HT in Holly Springs, the one at Southpark Village, couldn't double my coupons on Vlasic pickles on clearance so just curious. Thanks!

When I was in Walgreen's yesterday they had 12 packs of Pepsi next for $1.99. Also, when I used my HT ZVR for the free 2 liter of pepsi next I got a catalina for a free 1.25 liter Diet Coke.

I just received a coupon from KFC for 10pc bucket for $11 this Saturday and Sunday only. States one coupon per customer. Might be good for Easter dinner on the run!
