BOGO items ring up at half price so if you only buy 1, it rings at half price. You can use a coupon on each BOGO sale item.

E-Coupons: You can now load manufacturer’s coupons to your Food Lion MVP card and when they scan your card at the register and you buy the qualifying items, the discount will come off automatically. I spoke with corporate and they confirmed that these are manufacturer’s coupons and not to be combined with hard copy manufacturer’s from the newspaper and other sources. She said their policy is only coupon per product. No e-coupons will double. Click HERE for more information.

$2.99 for the chuck roasts isn't a bad price if you want to grind it yourself for ground chuck.

  • marybethwright06 Mar 28, 2012

You can mix them up ;)

  • skisx3 Mar 28, 2012

Do all 10 items have to be the same (veggies) or can you mix and match with other items (BBQ sauce)?

  • marybethwright06 Mar 28, 2012

Awesome! Food Lion was finally fun! I got the Green Giant veggies and Kraft bbq. The bbq had peelies for 1.00 off Velveeta shells and cheese so they were 1.19 each ... so look for the peelies!

    Never mind. Mis-read post. Sorry

Hey Faye. Food Lion's website has a link for what stores this is available at and the Triangle stores are on it. You might want to check it out.

  • Faye Prosser - Smart Shopper Mar 27, 2012

Thanks for the link, hearts. This is not for Triangle area stores, unfortunately. I read about it online earlier today and called some local stores and they had not even heard of it. If there are any readers in Northeastern NC, they may want to call their stores to see if they are participating.

I agree heremeaj - great price on the GG veggies!
