Here's the place to share your great register totals, funny stories, coupon disasters and all things Triple Coupons at Harris Teeter this week! Let's hear it - how did you do?
For the list of triples deals, click the link in the box above.
I went to the Harris Teeter at Hwy. 401 and Ten Ten Road in the Garner/Fuquay area this morning around 8:30 am. The store had a number of couponers but it wasn't packed. They were out of many freebies, but I had some rain checks and they still had a number of good deals left.
You can see the picture of the items I purchased and the receipt in the box above. You can also see a picture of the register and two wonderful Harris Teeter employees, Ursula and Amber! These ladies were just lovely this morning!
Total before sales and coupons: $55.37
Total paid: 40 cents!
I used a combination of manufacturer's coupons, ZVR, rain checks and competitor's coupon (CVS ECB) to get it down to 40 cents. I love that this purchase included 2 dozen eggs, 2 boxes of Fiber One cereal, 2 packages of tofu, and 2 yogurt containers.
I also found a fabulous unadvertised deal that my kids will love! Whole Fruit frozen fruit bars, Passion Fruit variety is on clearance for $1.79. I had .50/1 coupons that were printed on the inside of product packages I bought many months ago (that don't expires until July). Total after coupons for a product that is usually $4.19 was .29 each!
Thanks again to all of you for sharing your triple coupon experiences! I am so excited about your savings and so grateful that you are all posting your great finds so we can all help each other save, save, save!
If you feel so inclined, I am sure Harris Teeter would appreciate a thank you for offering such a generous promotion. You can call them at 1-800- 243-6111 or send them an e-mail on their customer comment form at www.HarrisTeeter.com.

I got $64.97 worth of groceries for $.89. Less than a dollar, and I didn't use any competitor coupons. Harris Teeter, I love you!
