I posted this elsewhere and then found this thread.

I went to Lowe's Foods last night and stumbled into a deal. They have Tombstone Pizza's 3/$9.99 with the Lowe's Card.

    Enjoy! I did.

Ncsualum- I think I would just be excited with what you got after all it was free and they didn't break it I'm sure it was broken in shipping ... I don't know it's up to you but I don't think I would persue that

Mine came today too! It was WAY nice than I thought it would be too.

I GOT MY BAKEWARE TOO!! I'm super excited - it's way nicer than I expected! Well worth the wait.

Ncsu - I would call them. I had to call them b/c when I looked on the website they had mis-typed my house number. They were really, really nice. You could just ask if they have any extras, given the awesome quality you don't want to miss out. I don't think that seems ungrateful.

Hi everyone! I need your advice! I got my super awesome P&G stuff today! I am SOOOO impressed with what is inside! I really thought it was going to be poor quality stuff, but it really is decent good sized items!!!! BUUTTTT :( one of my products was broken... I thought I would get some ideas on what I should do... should I just throw that away and just be SUPER excited about the rest? (which I am!!!) or would you contact P&G? (there is a contact number included). I don't want to seem ungrateful!! Just not sure what I should do :\

    Thanks!

quantum - you can grind any whole roast (cut up in sizes your grinder will accept. You can also mix roasts such as pork and sirloin or what ever you desire to make a custom blend. And while grinding you can add spices or seasonings before packaging/freezing as well. Possibilities are pretty endless!

Here is a good link on creating your own blends from grinding your own meats:

(and remember, keeping the meat cold just before putting in the grinder is important, otherwise the fat will not grind up well if you have any fat in the meat)

Went out on a limb today and got my first TOFU...thanks Triples! I have never prepared it before, andI have a husband & daughter that will RUN the other way if they know it's tofu, so how do you cook it to 'disguise' it LOL

Got my bakeware yesterday...yippee! JLW - there was a promotion back in october for the bake set when you purchased $25 in P&G products @ HT...the sweet part was that the $25 could be BEFORE coupons, and that particular week it was a 'perfect storm' of great sales, coupons, & ZVR's...so I think P&G got overwhelmed w/ the response :)

How is everyone getting the P&G bake ware? I must have missed this.

I encountered an unexpected problem...our P&G bakeware box also finally arrived yesterday. Back in Oct the DDs helped me shop at HT one weekend w/the expectation that they would split the pink swag to keep for their apartments. Then I began hearing reports about how nice the set was, and some envy twinges set in. I was a little cheered when some recipients reported $10 giftcards in lieu of out-of-stock items, thinking that could be my consolation prize. But all of the lovely items were included my box. Deep breath...I WILL give these items to my DDs...I don't even really like pink...maybe we will visit the DDs sometime and they will feed us baked goodies for a change! ;-)

jdouglas13, what cut(s) do you usually use when grinding yourself? I've got the grinder attachment for my KitchenAid and am wanting to give this a try!
