There is a $3 RR when you spend $10 on Suave items. Body washes and deodorants are $2. Buy 3 body washes and 2 deodorants and use one of the B2G1 body wash coupons and 2 deodorant coupons from 3/18. Total cost for 5 items after RR is $4.

Does anyone know if the rescue mission accepts body wash? I may have gotten carried away between Walgreens and Rite Aid :-)

Walgreens does make it more difficult to use coupons that need adjusting, dpbeek. You shouldn't have any issue at Walmart and you will even get the overage from the coupon to use on the rest of your purchase. That's their policy.

The coupon for the floss kicked back at Walgreens and the cashier said it was not working. I asked her to adjust it and she said other people had tried to use them earlier in the day and they could not override it. I just figured I would use it at Walmart instead. It wasn't worth the fight:)

I will never understand why so many stores/employees insist on giving trouble about coupons, especially when they are legit uses. The store recovers all their money, plus some change for s&h for each coupon, and they may send out dozens of them, thus making even more profit.

I'm not sure if it's a 'power trip' thing or what. I just know it tends to be a lot worse in smaller stores/chains like CVS, walgreens, etc then at walmart. It just depends on who you get as a cashier...

FYI - if Walgreens is being difficult about the Reach floss coupon, you can get free floss at Target and Walmart every day of the week with the $1 coupon. It sells for less than $1 at both stores all the time.

Thanks for the info on the toothbrush! I didn't realize the Prevent toothbrush was a Crystal Clean toothbrush since the ad only included the Prevent wording and not crustal clean. I definitely appreciate the heads up and will take off the deal from the list.

dpbeek - why wouldn't they take the coupon for the floss? The ad shows Reach floss and the coupon is $1 off any. They are supposed to adjust the coupon.

I too couldn't get the toothbrush. The toothbrush said crystal clean prevent on the shelf tag and the coupon excludes the crystal toothbrush

The Walgreens store at Stone Village in Cary would not accept the Reach coupons for the floss or toothbrush.

    Thanks marbec!

Mars candies are free at Walgreens. The smaller packages are two for one dollar. This makes the small Easter packages free with the 3/4 and 3/18 coupons.
