Here is your weekly list of good sale prices for the basics at our various grocery & drug stores including milk, meat, produce, & more. This list includes deals from the sales ads, with only a few regular priced items included. Please add any other great deals (regular price or sale) that you find!

Kroger, CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens deals are valid through 3/17.

Harris Teeter, Lowes Foods, Food Lion and Aldi deals are valid through 3/20.

Food Lion is doubling coupons this week in the Triangle and Fayetteville stores and the deals below include the coupon doubled.

Harris Teeter frozen yogurt, 48 oz, BOGO for $2.19 – this stuff is delicious – we really like the raspberry swirl and it’s a better price than the Breyers on sale Buy 2 get 3 free – and you don’t have to buy 5 at once to get the deal!

Harris Teeter: Breyers ice cream, 48 oz., Buy 2 Get 3 Free (reg price $6.15 each) = $2.46 each when you 5 in one transaction, limit 10

Harris Teeter: EVIC deal of week: DiGiorno or Pizza Kitchen pizza, 12 inch, $3.97, limit 2 - $2/2 DiGiorno coupon found on displays in various grocery stores lately (I found it at Lowes Foods in Cary on Tryon and Cary Parkway last week) = $2.97 each after coupon (a good dealfor DiGiorno)

Coupon: .50/2 coupon from 3/11 SS
Coupon does indicate Do Not Double so it may not double or your store may not let it double. It is does double, the total for 5 after doubled coupon = $1.06 each (my buy price for pasta sauce is $1.00 or less. This is a good deal for Classico brand though)
If the coupon does not double, the total is $1.16 each

Coupon: .60 and .50 printable coupons from Pillsbury.com and coupons.com recently

Harris Teeter: Finish Gel Pacs, 20 count, BOGO for $2.89 - .75/1 coupon from 3/11 SS = $1.39 - a good price

Harris Teeter: Purex laundry detergent, 150 oz (wow – big container!)
Sale: BOGO for $7.49
Coupon: ,50 coupon from 3/11 RP
Total after coupon = $6.49 (.0432 per oz)
CVS has the slightly better deal for 50 oz at $1.99 after coupon (.0398 per oz – about a .16 difference from the HT cost per 50 oz)

Lowes Foods dryer sheets, 40 count, BOGO for $1.00

Pet Care

Food Lion: Friday – Sunday only deal: Meow Mix cat food, 18 lb, $8.99 - .75/1 coupon from 3/11 RP = $7.49
There is also a $1 coupon from 2/19 but it’s a better deal with the .75 coupon doubled)

Harris Teeter: Purina Dog Chow, 17.6 – 20 lb, BOGO for $8.49

Lowes Foods: Meow Mix, 3.15 lb bag, $3.99 - .75/1 coupon from 3/11 RP, $1 coupon from 2/19 RP = $2.49 after .75 coupon

    Aldi's had butter cheaper than the Lowes Foods sale yesterday. I don't remember the exact price, but it was $1.8X (one eighty-something), and I think that's the regular price, too!

    If you only want 1 Breyers ice cream, Kroger has it for $2.99 as part of their mega deal and a $1 ecpn on the Kroger website.
