Our family-friendly meals this week include baked light cheese ravioli, spinach salad, sesame ginger chicken, salmon burgers and taco night! Let's hear it for taco night!

What's on your menu this week?  We have a number of new readers joining us from recent classes and many are new to meal planning. We have certain maels that seem to be the ones that accommodate whatever needs to go from the fridge or to use up the leftovers that are not enough to feed everyone but are too much/too good to throw out. As a result we eat some pretty creative omlettes, pizzas and tacos. Tacos last night were leftover mahi-mahi from the grill, avacado, black beans with the traditional cheese and sour cream. Lunch today had leftover taco sauce as condiment on veggie burgers from a previous BOGO w coupons.
