Cereal deals at Lowes Foods!

Posted February 2, 2012

There are some good cereal deals at Lowes Foods using the new printable coupons this month. Although this is not the cheapest I ever find cereal, they are good deals. The buy price I recommend for cereal is $1.00 or less per box. There may be a better deal on these in the next few weeks, but if you are in need of cereal, this is a good price.

Multigrain peanut butter Cheerios $2.50 - .80 coupon on HERE = .90

Frosted Toast Crunch $2.50 - .75 coupon from  HERE = $1

Dulce de Leche Cheerios $2.50 - .75/1 coupon from HERE or at Smart Shopper coupons link in box above = $1

Raisin Bran cinnamon almond $2.50 - .70 printable coupon available recently (no longer available but hopefully you still have 1 left) = $1.10

Hi Faye! While you are talking to your contact at Lowe's, please mention that the Lowes in Garner on Aversboro is not accepting those cereal coupons either. I made the trip just for that cereal, too......

faye, that would be wonderful for you to pass this information along...i greatly appreciate it...the store is in king, nc...this store is about 15 mins from my house, but because of all the problems i have had with them accepting the "new" bar code ip coupons, i prefer to drive 30 to 35 mins to ht outside of my city.

savesavesave~ This happened to me yesterday as well. The Wake Forest location told me that they are no longer manually keying in IP's if it is "missing the bar code".

You should absolutely call corporate to let them know their scanners are not up to speed. I used them at the Lowes Foods on Hwy 42 and Hwy 50 today and they scanned with no problem on the flat scanner. She did not even have to use the hand scanner.

Which store is it? I will pass on the info to my marketing contact at Lowes Foods.

i tried the multigrain peanut butter cheerios and dulce de leche cheerios deal and am soooooo frustrated with lowes foods. the coupons wouldnt scan because of the missing bar code...the "new" bar code. i asked if they had a hand scanner and they said they didnt and of course, if it is a printable coupon, they will not accept it if it will not scan. this is about the 5th time i have tried using the new coupons at this location. i am about ready to call corporate.
