Updated: 2012-02-01 11:48:55

There are some great deals at Harris Teeter this week including FREE Vick's cold medicine, Bounce dryer bars for 49 cents, Heluva Good Dip for 67 cents, Frank's Hot Sauce for 17 cents, Solo Cups for 49 cents and more! There is also a good E-Vic deal on Stouffer's lasagna, BOGO Ball Park franks with $1/2 coupon and more! You really just need to look through the deals list to see all the good buys this week!

These deals are valid 2/1 – 2/7. Please post any other good deals you find!

Harris Teeter Coupon Policy Basics:

Doubles coupons .99 or less everyday

Doubles up to 20 coupons per day

Doubles up to 3 identical coupons (must have required product to go with each coupon)

BOGO sales ring up at half price. If you just buy one, it still rings up at half price. The policy has recently changed and now states that you can only use two coupons on a BOGO deal. So, if you buy 2 items that are BOGO, you can use two coupons (which is a very good thing!).

Click HERE for the official Harris Teeter Coupon Policy.

Senior discount: Seniors 60 and older receive a 5% discount every Thursday. Discount applies after coupons are deducted.

e-coupons: Don’t forget to add the e-coupons to your Harris Teeter VIC card and remember, you can stack the e-coupons with manufacturer coupons to maximize savings. The link to your e-coupons are in your Wednesday e-Vic e-mail. Click HERE to sign up for e-Vic digital coupons.

Proctor & Gamble Promotion: Receive a $10 Pre-paid card when you buy $30 worth of participating P&G items in a single transaction with your VIC card. Promotion runs from 2/1/2012 - 2/7/2012. They have already done the coupon match-ups in the ad using the coupons from the 1/29 insert. This is a mail-in rebate and you can see all the details in the ad or online click HERE.

thekeslings, if you have not already done so, you can go on Purina website http://www.longliveyourdog.com/SiteError404.aspx?aspxerrorpath=/coupon2off.aspx and register your dog. You will be able to get a $2 off coupon (think it prints twice).

Ral Ladybug - no, on the B2G3 and other such sales configured that way, you have to get all 5 in one transaction to get the deal. But you can use two coupons for the two you're actually paying for. You can only use coupons on the ones they are actually charging you for.

Faye/Nancy- I know how the normal BOGO's go with coupons, but what about the B2G3 offer? Do they ring up 1/5 the price? I have $1.50/2 Q. Can I use 2 Q's?

thekeslings, that's a good price for Purina dog chow. Some of the cheaper dog foods or store brands go on sale for less but not much less. This week, the store brand at Lowes Foods is $8.99 - $9.99 on sale.

Is the dog food price (Purina Dog Chow) really good? We don't need any but I am certainly for stocking up if it is.

Savvy - I just found out that the Sunset Lake & Holly Springs HT stopped accepting the ECB's and +UP rewards (they still take Walgreens RR's though). My fav cashier told me they changed the policy a couple weeks ago.

BUT, it appears to be a store decision, not corporate as I used an ECB at the HT in Fuquay on Main the same day with no problem.

So I guess we'll have to ask first before we assume they still accept those :(

I just looked at HT receipt for the 100th time because I'm so pleased with my savings and to my pleasant surprise I had $1.50 digital coupon taken off for the Bounce Dryer Bar, even though I did not see it saved on my card. It must have been a fluke! Never had that happen before, but I'm not complaining!

Nancy and Faye - what HT stores accept printed receipt ECBs? I tried using mine at the Sunset Lake store and was told the policy has changed to only accept mailed ECB offers. Never heard this before. Nancy I know that's your favorite location, have you had trouble using ECBs there this week?

Thank you Nancy for posting about how to mail-in the rebate! Mine did not print either. Customer service desk was nice about it and said HT Corporate will call me tomorrow to straight it out, but now I can just mail it myself.

The store at Falls and Durant still had some dryer bar as of 7:00 tonight.

Per the Manager at the Spring Forest HT they no longer carry the bounce dryer bars

cr - SS = Smart Source; RP = Red Plum; ZVR = Harris Teeter digitally loaded coupons (you get those with your evic account signed up online and can click to find them through your Harris Teeter emails you will receive weekly); P&G = Proctor and Gamble.

These are all inserts that come in the Sunday papers, more some weeks than others. There are also websites to print coupons, you can find a list of those here:

http://www.wral.com/5onyourside/smartshopper/blogpost/10672037/

For those who are doing the P&G $10 gift card offer, if you experience problems, here is what you need to do (according to P&G customer service)

J.F. USO $10 Rebate Offer

P.O. Box 49111

Dept. M

Strongsville, OH 44149-0911

*Include 3 x 5 card with full name & address along with the original receipt with items and prices circled.

I am new to SmartShopper. I'm excited to start saving using the coupons offered. I don't know where I find the coupons when it reads SS, P&G, ZVR, or RP. If anyone can advise help I thank you!!

Skisx3 - if u r talking about the one at spring forest they have a slim space on the top shelf for the bounce dryer bars but they always seem to be out when there is a good sale! If the space holds ten of them I'd be surprised.

Carelesswhisper: Sadly, no - but I called HT headquarters and they are mailing it. They said it should've printed and they have extra.

littanybreigh-did a catalina print out for you to mail in?

I got a good P&G deal at HT today:

(2) Tide (used rain check from Saturday e-vic at $5.47, ZVR .50/1, and 2 $2.00 off mailed from Facebook promo I think in November and December last year) = 6.44 (1) Bounce Bar (ZVR and $1.50 paper coupon) = .49 (1) Downy Unstoppables (2.00 ZVR and 2.00 paper) = 1.99 (1) Vicks Fusion = Free (1) Oral B Floss = .75 (1) Gillette Body wash ($1.00 ZVR and $1.00 paper) = 1.50

Total: around $11.00 and I get a $10 gift card. Yay!

I went to the HT on Falls of Neuse they didn't have the bounce bar and I couldn't even find a place on the shelf for them. Lots of dryer sheets and liquid softener, any ideas? I couldn't find an employee to ask.

Does anyone know if the $10 off $50 coupon will be back on Recyclebank.com? I thought maybe it would be back at the beginning of the month but no such luck. :(

Savvy, yes, it's $50 before coupons :)

carelesswhisper - Is it $50 before coupons?

Would this deal work - 2 Pampers superboxes at $24.99 each before coupons then save $6 in coupons, spend $19, get $15 back. Would that work?

Savvy - here is the deal on the buy $50 get $15

http://www.harristeeter.com/promotions/in_store_rewards.aspx#Pampers

Luvs is also P&G.

I need details on this $15 credit when you spend $15 on diapers. Is there a link to read the details?

Great! That plus the $10 off $40 will be really great :)

Well, since my 'kids' are in their 20's, it's been a long time since I had to keep abreast of diaper/wipes prices. Whew, I'm glad that's behind us reading what you all have to pay for those items!!

Savvy, Pampers is P&G, Huggies is not.

allisonmallen you sure can! I just left HT.

Huggies is not P&G right??

Yes I would love to hear diaper and wipes scenarios too! All I got is Pampers wipes $6.49 - 50/1 paper coupon - 50/1 digital coupon = $5 for 216 count.

I too typically get my diapers and P&G items from CVS. This week you can get $10 in ECB when you get $30 worth of product (Pampers) before coupons. I got 3 packs of diapers and 1 tub of wipes for $15 and some change, plus got back $10 in ECB. I did have $10 in ECB I used to purchase my deal, a $3 off $15 CVS coupon, and coupons from Sunday's paper.

Can you get the $10 credit for P&G promo but also have that $30 count towards the $50 pampers promo (where you get $15 credit if you spend $50 over several weeks thru the 7th)?

sbigham - there are new ZVR coupons for all the diapers that match up with insert coupons, that will help reduce their cost a great deal, plus they're on sale. And easy to hit $30 to get the $10 gift card :) That makes them reasonable, I would think?

savingmom - those crock pot liners are a dream, yes I love them! And at that price, I'll buy :) They're wonderful, no more man handling that heavy crock pot into the sink to clean!

Hey Nancy, I know you use the crockpot liners, on express lane they are bogo this week, with the $1q in last Sunday papers, one box would be .89cents. Is this a good deal? I've never used them and would like to try them out. Thanks

If anyone has a great diaper/wipe scenario, please share!

I agree Nancy. This P&G deal is not grabbing me at all. I usually get those types of items at CVS with ECB deals and gift cards for much less. If I still needed diapers, I would consider it though.

Thanks for the Barilla info, savvysaver!

Sure wish my two free coke 12 pack coupons would arrive this week! The ones we got with 30 points back in December :) With the buy 2 get 3 free that would be 5 free 12 packs!!!

I did get the email last week that they were on the way, but will they get here before the sale ends??? I hope so :)

well, duh me LOL Read through it fast, I'm thinking people with diaper needs will enjoy this one! I'm not so sure I need enough to take advantage of it though.

HT Ice Cream Buy 2 Get 3 Free makes it $11.38 for 5 cartons, which makes it $2.28 each!!!

Barilla Pasta sauce is $2.49 each, if you have the 75/1 printable from a few weeks ago, expires 2/3 you get pasta sauce for 99 cents! I know it still doesn't beat the Ragu deal from last week with the digital coupon!

Wish I had the Bounce bar digital coupon!

The link to the P&G promo and the participating products is in the link above. :-)

There is a promotion for Proctor & Gamble products this week as well, buy $30 in one transaction (before coupons and ZVR deductions) and get a $10 preloaded gift card to use where ever you like.

It includes all the P&G brand products!
