About local vet in the area. I use Cleveland Community Animal Hospital too off N Shiloh Rd. Garner.I use Epi-Otic Advanced Ear Cleanser that I bought from vet to keep ears clean. It works well. I never have any ear problems. I had to do drops from the Vet for several weeks when I adopted a puppy which had an ear infection when I got her.

whwall--Have you ever heard of Blue Powder Ear Treatment? It's a solution you mix up at home containing Isopropyl Alcohol, Boric Acid Powder and Gentian Violet Solution. I have several friends that swear by this stuff and an uncle that had taken his dog to the vet for ear infections for over a year. He spent several thousand dollars and the infection kept coming back. He heard about this from a co-worker so he tried it. He says his dogs ear was cleared up in less than two weeks and has never come back. Just a thought, sometimes the home remedies are best.
We have used Cleveland Animal Hospital in the 40/42 area and they were way cheaper than other local vets and were wonderful with our dog.

whwall, many of my family members go to Stage Road Animal Hospital and brag about their prices. I personally take my babies to Clayton Animal Hospital...while they are pricey, I fully believe in this case, I am definitely getting what I pay for. They get the absolute BEST care possible!

You are so welcome, gumtickler. :-)

Sorry about the drama earlier. We are working on the fix now.

Thanks Faye! I wasn't sure my question would be seen here. Started to post on the 1/30 section earlier but there was ugly activity going on there. Thanks for looking backward on the wall. You did answer my Q. :-)

gumtickler - you will get both the savingstar deposit and the e-coupon! You will also find that some stores are faster about posting Savingstar than others. For some stores, it takes 4 weeks or more for the credit to show up to your Savingstar account. Hope that helps! :-)

I haven't tried the Saving Star program yet. Anyone out there using it, if so how is it working for you? My question about it is this. If I have loaded the e-coupons to my cards that are offered by a store (like Harris Teeter) and I duplicate one from the SStar site will both come off or is it a flip of the coin. I realize the SStar program goes elsewhere, but just wondered if both would be used. Does the question make sense? I hope so. Thanks for your help!

rlissow - yes you can use both rewards in the same transaction and you can use the $10 store coupon. :-)
