Kroger at Patterson Place in Durham (off 15/501 and 40) had a bunch of peelies in their seasonal aisle last night. There were 2 displays with Crystal Light and coupons for $1 off 2 10ct on the go drink mix products, and $1 off 2 8,10,or 12qt. drink mix products. There was also a big display of Velveeta ($1 off one peelie on product), and then various snack items with pullies for the following: $1 off 2 Valley Fresh Chicken products, $1 off 2 Frank's Red Hot Sauce, $1 off 2 Hormel Chili No Beans, $1 off 2 ChiChi's,Herdez, or LaVictoria Salsas, and $1 off 2 Hormel bacon bits. The peelies also have tailgate recipies on them:) All good tailgate/SuperBowl staples :)Not sure if they will be at other Krogers too, but worth the look out!

I just dropped my cable tv with TWC. I kept our internet for now since my husband needs it for the business, but I've had enough. We will live without tv unless we find a better solution.

Our neighbors have waited up to a month for a Dish rep for service, so they're out. Does anyone have Directv? How much does it cost and do you like it?

jzka- I love Directv, I have been a customer for 8 years, cost will depend on what your needs are, but you should get a very good deal being a new customer.

jzka. I just checked and they are running some good deals right now for new customers. They also have a refer a friend deal, you both get a 10$ credit for 10 months. If you decide you want Directv, I just give you my account number and we get the credit.

A new $2.00 ZVR just popped up for the Tide Stain Release packets. If you still have one of the $3.00 coupons that came in the last P&G home booklet that makes them only $1.49 this week :)

My dad has Dish and there are just so many channels he doesn't get and the HD service is pretty lacking. We have DirecTV and have for about 2 years now, I have no complaints at all. Well except this one technician but that's him not the company. The cost varies a lot but being an SU Orange fan one of the great things is subscribing to the sports package and getting SNY and MSG, we just cancel every March.
