New products you have tried recently because of coupons

Posted January 9, 2012

I'm curious - what new products have you tried recently because you got a good deal on the item with a coupon? We tried a new snack food tonight and liked it!

We tried the Eat Smart veggie crisp chips tonight. They are pretty good! Both kids liked them. They are regularly $3.99 per bag. They are on sale for $2.50 and after the .75 coupon from 1/8, they are $1 per bag - a 75% savings from the original price. They are lower in sodium and fat than regular chips and they have a nice light crunch. I recommend them, although they do not taste like greasy potato chips. If that is what you are looking for, you won't find them in this product.

So, what have you tried recently and what did you think?

I love the Smart Balance milk and the WhoNu cookies. I would have never tried them without coupons.

What a great thread! Interesting to me that I did not see any value to the Unstoppables and as a skim milk drinker find the Smart Balance too thick, but agree it tastes good. Big fan of the SB margarine products.
Loyal Olay user thanks to coupons and rebates.
Shout Color Catchers are one of the world's greatest inventions.
Pass on the Ritz Crackerfuls, but love the Keebler minis wholegraincrackers.
    Starburst Fav Reds are great!
The veggie chips are my daughter's favorites. Are there on sale now somewhere?

I recently tried the glycerna bars because of the coupons and Rite Aid deal. They were even better the the other protein bars I had been getting with more protein, less sugar, calories and fat than the others I had been buying. I am not diabetic so had never needed to buy those - but if the price is right I prefer those over my standard protien bars because of taste and nutritional info.

I'm with everyone on the Smart Balance milk. I also liked Luvs diapers that I got nearly free once and the cinnamon butter. My husband liked the Ritz Crackerfuls and the Lance competitor also.
