I have tried multiple times on 2 different days to print the smart balance milk coupon and it will not print. All the others I selected printed. Does anyone know why?

In response to Ral_Ladybug and Nancy regarding the Deer Park sparkling water. The same thing happened to me today at the Stonehenge Harris Teeter when cashier scanned coupon it took 1.00 off the instead of doubling only gave .19, I went to service desk so as not to hold up the line and the customer service rep gave me my money back. Her explanation was that sometimes the computer will only give the amount off of the product. I really didn't understand but she fixed it for me. Just keep your eye out on your receipts because they don't always double.

ok so i am new to this whole thing so sorry in advanced for my stupidity. but what are all the ss and mq and other abbreviations?

  • Dragons_lady Jan 9, 2012

Ral_ladybug--I would ask about that again..yesterday, I was bagging groceries and when a customer had the same issue as you..I asked one of the customer service clerks to correct it!!!!

Melissa/Nancy- the 16 oz Kens are the ones I bought on a BOGO (1.77 each).

Nancy- I went to the Cameron Village one today. Not my normal, but it was the closest to my vet's office.

  • Nancy Jan 9, 2012

tfpace - here is HT coupon policy which will help explain their limits on internet printed coupons and regular insert type coupons:

  • Nancy Jan 9, 2012

Melissa - yup, the 9 oz bottles of Ken's are the BOGO deal one.

bmclamb - And you're right, the $1/2 is only on the 16 oz size - I didn't even notice that! But they took it and doubled it too! Whoops, don't know why I didn't read the size!!!! Yikes!

Ral_ladybug, don't know why they didn't double it since you were buying two! I know when I use that type of coupon and am buying the required 2 items, it double to $2. Which HT did you shop in?

    That's just strange :(

Were you able to get the Ken's deal? I just looked at the coupon and the buy 2 get one is only on the 9 oz. Just want to clarify before I hit HT in the morning :)

  • Ral_Ladybug Jan 9, 2012

Went to HT. I tried to use the $1/2 q for the Deer Park sparkling water. It only doubled to $1.19 (the cost of 1 bottle) When I asked why, they said the coupon couldn't be worth more than 1 item (even though the q required the purchase of 2). I don't get it! Nancy, got any ideas?

I saved 80+% today, even with DP issue.

I thought the B2G1 coupons were only for the smaller size and the $1/2 coupons were for the 16oz Ken's dressing? Man, I bought some yesterday and could've gotten a better deal! Oh well...
