lindalarry, I believe the $2 Nature Made coupons were on a tear pad I found at CVS - can't remember which one though :( There are coupons on their website, not for $2, but if you're in need:

It was great to see you again at the swap too!! Now, next month (first Tuesday in Feb) we should have LOTS of great coupons to share, we'll have some good ones coming out in the inserts, much more than from December!!

Thanks for the rebate forms and the $2.00 coupons for the vitamins. Where did you say you found the $2.00 off vitamin coupon? I would like to stock up while they are B!G!. I scored a great deal on my Vitamin D for my husband and I at CVS. I had some coupons from the kiosk that I used with those $2.00 coupons you gave me - great deal, especially great since we both have to take it.

Thanks for all your help at the swap. You are so uplifting even when you were sad about your daugher, you were so great with everyone trying to help them. Thanks again.

Thanks Nancy. I have their policies printed out but thought maybe I was missing something.

leeandkaren, I'm afraid the mgr is mistaken on that it has to say "manufacturer" on it :( I too hope you hear back from corporate and if not, keep bugging them via email and phone until you do!

The policy is very specific and as you know, does NOT mention it must say MQ on it :(

Well this isn't a deal, but figured I'd ask for help here. I went to FL and did some shopping..didn't get to the $30; I went to LF and made the $30 mark, so I was going to use the FL 5 off $30 q. However, LF refused to accept it because it said "store coupon" on it instead of manufacturer q. I nicely tried to clarify, but you accept competitor q right? The manager made a VERY clear that only if it says manufacturer q. I was quite disappointed because the LF coupon policy I read does not state that.

Has anyone had this happen to them before? I have called corp. to get clarification. I am hoping they call back. I will post if they do.

jdouglas - "Now I wonder how I lived without it. I like the coarser grinding disc (it comes with a coarse and finer disc) for chopped meat. I've been wanting to try to make homemade sausage as well with pork I grind myself. Maybe I should get one of these Boston Bottoms LOL!"

Ok, that's it, time to rethink my resistance to the grinder attachment :) My hubby will be pleased. He was the one that insisted on getting the KA in the first place (!) and he calls it the Binford 1000 (aka Tim the Toolman Taylor fame) LOL He and my son ogled over the power take off on the front for a long time :)

Rescuepets - I make my own pizza sauce by simply using basic tomato sauce, add italian spices and finely shredded parmesan cheese. If it's too acid, you can add in a small amount of sugar to reduce the 'bite'. I also add dried oregano too as my son likes that quite a bit.

Or, you can use a spagetti sauce with spices added that you like too!

quantumnarumi -- would love to! email me at mchowner@yahoo.com -- I wouldn't even mind getting doing 1/2 or 3/4. I just know 40 is way too much!

I have been making homemade pizzas from the dough that HT has had on sale for 99 cents recently. Anyone have suggestions for the best brand of pizza sauce or an easy recipe (emphasis on easy) for pizza sauce?

LOL Dstned, I was wondering what in the world Boston Bottom was hahahahaha. Nancy, truth be told, it was more than a few years that my KA food grinder attachment sat untouched. Now I wonder how I lived without it. I like the coarser grinding disc (it comes with a coarse and finer disc) for chopped meat. I've been wanting to try to make homemade sausage as well with pork I grind myself. Maybe I should get one of these Boston Bottoms LOL!
