thanks so much for your help. My baby drinks similac and i signed up for their gifts to grow thing online so I get those $5 "checks" very frequently. I used to use those in addition the the $5 off a $15 purchase at Buy Buy Baby but today the man behind the counter said coupons weren't valid on formula. So I read the fine print and sure enough you can't. I'm not sure if its a change in policy or I've just been getting lucky!

Thanks everyone for your help with my diaper situation! :) One more question, where is the link to Fayes "buy price" list? I think that would be very helpful in learning to get the most bang for my buck! Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

Thanks, qrbyrd - that helps me figure out what is going on with them as well. :-) Ever since they had their little IPO about a month ago, I think their affiliate tracking has been off.

Yes this was my first Groupon order and I did use the link you posted. And thanks for answering me back about it.

qrbyrd - it's probably just a mistake. As long as you weren't charged for 2 and the coupons have the same Groupon number, there is no need to let them know. You can print it out as many times as you want but it won;t do you any good (which I know you wouldn't do anyway). The stores mark them off the list of Groupons purchased when you use it so it is only good for one actual use at the store.

I do have a question for you though - was this your first Groupon order and did you use the link I posted yesterday? I ask because Groupon has been having issues with their affiliate tracking and I wanted to double check. Thanks.

I have a question. I ordered the Groupon Deal for a Stones $20.00 gift card for $10.00 this morning and received my e-mail and printed out the page with the deal. Well just a moment ago I got the same e-mail again saying my deal was ready to print. Should I let them know about this? I mean I'm not going to print another one because I only paid for one, but didn't know if I needed to let them know about it or not.

CVS email: Saturday only scan your card at the kiosk and get $25 in coupons including one for coke/diet coke 3/$8. Don't know if I can also use the printed cpn from the other week for CVS but I will try.

Got lots of great emails today. JCP coupon $10 off $25. Michaels 20% extra off entire purchase. Kohls $10 off any purchase.

Also Food Saver has a full size machine for $89 reg $159 and you get 7 free rolls (3 x 8"; 3 x 11"; 1 portion control). This was a $250 deal for $89 - free shipping. Merry Christmas to me, Merry Christmas to me.... :)

sewingfreak, the key to cheap formula is to stockpile when you find it low, and always keep your eyes open. It's rarely very cheap, and almost never free, but it can happen.

Last year, Similac put out a $5 off any size coupon, and the 32oz ready to feed were on sale at Walmart for $3.88, IIRC. If you could put your hands on enough coupons, you could have done well.

My baby wouldn't drink Similac, so Enfamil it was. I found good coupons off the newborn formulation in my pediatrician's office, and after a little research figured out that A) there were more prepared ounces in the newborn carton than the infant carton (170 vs 167), and B) more nutrients in the newborn than the infant (all stats the same except it had more vitamin D), and since a carton of newborn and a carton of infant had the same shelf price, AND I had coupons off the newborn, that's what he drank for his first year.

I trolled for sales, stocked up when I found powder tubs under $20 (this week at CVS).
