Flyingundertheradar - Can't wait to meet you! Make sure you introduce yourself!

These are all wonderful suggestions! Very nice blog video...Nancy, so fun to see you...now I have a face to go w/ the name...thank you to both of you and to all who contribute to your blog...

Faye, I'm coming to the coupon class on Thurs in Cary...looking so forward to it :)

clytonsaver - I'm in Clayton and have attended coupon swap or two. I would diffently attend yours.

Ms Faye/Nancy - love the video!

claytonsaver - let me tell you how addicted I am to fragranced products, candles and tart warmers and all things pleasant like that!

In fact, my brother and sister in law and I seem to have gotten into a groove of giving each other those types of things and LOVE getting that type of gift!!

Thanks so much for this post. I am thinking about starting a coupon swap but was hesitant never having attended one. Plus am thinking that a gift of frugally acquired air freshener products in a home made bag will seem more like a real gift (as intended)and less like a comment on the odor of someone's household (not intended)!

How cool guys!! Nancy, those bags are sooo neat. :)

Nancy - as always - I had lots of fun with you today! Thank you again for doing the video with me!

My thanks to Anne as well for filming the segment and keeping us on time because it would be a 30 minute video if she didn't!

Oxy, I start the traditional annual baking for giving tomorrow :) Love doing that, it lets me know 'tis the season!

Great ideas ladies!

Great tips Nancy and Faye! Ya'll are good together!

Every year, after Xmas of course, my Mom trolls for clearance Xmas themed mini-loaf pans. She stashes them away, and when the holiday rolls around she bakes up a batch of her signature banana bread in the mini-loaf pans, wraps them in cellophane with a ribbon, and attaches the recipe, handwritten, on a recipe card. Personal, home-y and super frugal way to cover her bases gifting to all those people you need to conjure a gift for that slipped your mind.

jz! Love that idea for left over candy!!! What a great idea for a classroom project too! Since it's "holiday" themed and not religious based, it's still ok to do that type of project in school!

Loved it! Love the bag idea :) Thanks!!

Oh! It's a tradition in our family to bake our own gingerbread house each year. I make an extra batch for tiny houses and invite the kids' friends over to make their own. This is a great way to use up all the Halloween candy;)

I like chocolate idea too, there is one on my list that loves chocolate. You two are a good duo, helping us all save more money.

I love the stacked chocolate bars with a ribbon idea - I inevitably need an extra couple of little giftlets to have on hand. You two are getting me all geared up for Christmas - YAY!
