The Penguin has been spotted!

The display of coupons that appears about 4 times a year has been spotted! I bet you can guess why we call him the Penguin! As you can see from the picture, the display is shaped like a big giant penguin and it has a number of tear pads with coupons.  The coupons are all manufacturer's coupons and they expires on 1/31/2012.

I found this Penguin at the Lowes Foods in the 40/42 area at the intersection of Hwy 50 and Hwy 42 today (12/3).

There are considerably fewer coupons on this display than we have seen in the past. Instead, you will find a number of recipe tear pads. There are a couple good coupons on the display, though.  Here are the ones I found. There was one completely empty tear pad so I don't know what coupon had been there.

$1/4 Bird's Eye Steamfresh varieties

$1/2 packages of PictSweet Deluxe Steamables or Deluxe sides (indicates Do Not Double, bar code starts with a 5)

$1/2 frozen Pillsbury Egg Scrambles or Grands Biscui Sandwiches

$1.00 off 1 T.G.I. Friday's frozen snack
