Aldi has some good deals this week on grapefruit, pears, tangerines, ham, cream cheese and more!  The grapefruit at .30/lb is a fabulous price!

Grapefruit, 5 lb bag $1.49 (.30/lb - a very good price)

Tangerines, 3 lb bag $1.49 (.50/lb - a good deal)

Oranges, 4 lb bag $1.99 (.50/lb)

Pears, 2 lb bag, .99 (.50/lb - a very good deal for pears)

Season's Choice broccoli cuts, 16 oz, .85

Smoked ham shank portion $1.19/lb

Smoked ham butt portion $1.39/lb

Spiral Sliced half ham $1.69/lb

Evaported milk, 12 oz., .69

Cooking spray $1.29

Clancy's red and green holiday tortilla chips, 14 oz $1.49 (these look so festive!)

Baking morsels, 11-12 oz, $1.69

Cream cheese bar, 8 oz, .89 (a good price)

    And cream cheese is definitely not good for spreading on bagels and eating cold after it has been frozen. It's too bad because .89 is a very good price. As Nancy said - it's ok for cooking with after frozen, but not for eating cold.

    BaseBallMommy - you can freeze it, BUT it tends to be grainy when thawed and no amount of mixing will bring back the smooth texture, so for some recipes that's ok, but not for things like cheesecake. Hope that helps :)
