On the menu this week we have turkey enchiladas, crab cakes, veggie pizza, baked salmon and baked ravioli. What's on your menu?
Turkey enchiladas using leftover turkey. Click HERE for the recipe. I plan on adding a can of corn to the turkey mixture and then topping with chopped fresh tomatoes and black olives after they have baked, just before serving.

Multi-grain bread (free Fleischmann’s bread mix with coupon from paper a couple months ago)
Homemade veggie pizza on whole wheat crust (crust from Harris Teeter on sale for .99 a few weeks ago in deli section and stored in freezer)
Broccoli with parmesan
Sugar snap peas
Baked ravioli (BOGO Celentano frozen light cheese ravioli at Harris teeter last week)
