Can you use the Walgreens' register rewards at other retail stores? If so, I would never use another one at Walgreens, that is if I can ever find the rr product in stock.

Wow. I never have any problem at the Walgreens I shop in, and everyone is wonderful! Funny how they are run differently in different places. I guess it just depends on the management.

thomas, I agree completely about the Fuquay Walgreens. I had to wait for a manager to refund the BOGO $5.99 amount on those nuts and the Scunci hair barrettes didn't give me a Register Reward either (apparently only select ones that are $2.99 give you the reward?)...when I do manage to find something in stock that has a Register Reward, that RR goes right over to Harris Teeter because it is not worth the hassle of trying to use it back there. CVS has always been a completely different that place.

Hope you did not try to buy the Emerald nuts bogo. Would not scan in Fuquay nor Holly Springs. Of course Fuquay was out of most everything on sale as usual. Got the nuts and other things in Holly Springs, walked out of Fuquay store when they refused to honor a "register rewards" or whatever they call it because they counted items as 1 for 2 even with the coupons in the flyer. Their "register rewards"/coupon policy which they say are one and the same is so confusing that the store personnel can't explain it. Extremely long lines and a depleted messy store. They never have sale items or rewards items in stock even on the very first day of the sale. Terrible store experience, they have to call a "manager" for everything including a raincheck and of course they take their time getting to the register while other customers stew at the long lines. The mis-scan in the stores favor is standard procedure at Walgreens. This is probably the worst retail company that I frequent for getting

They also had nice brand almonds for sale for $1.99 for I think 9 oz. My husband likes to break up the honey roasted ones and put them in brownies or other baked goods. They are yummy!
