I'm looking for a deal on Nutella... anyone know where it is on sale now? (2.99 or below?)
    Thanks!

Thanks Nancy! I wondered the same thing about not getting the Campbell's soup catalina (though wondering was as far as I pursued my question) so you have answered that for savesavesave AND me, as I also purchased the great for cooking soups.

  • Nancy Nov 14, 2011

savesave - you wouldn't get the catalina because the Great for Cooking soups were not included in the catalina offer.

Faye, Nancy or anyone that knows...this was posted on the Harris Teeter 11/9 deals...Campbellā€™s cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    Sale: BOGO for .67 each
MQ: .25/4 coupon from 11/6 and 9/18 SS
Total after coupon = .55 each
PLUS, there is a Catalina register coupon deal:
When you buy 7 or 8 cans, you get a coupon for $2 off your next order...
i purchased 8 but no Catalina. i thought i remembered a post indicating there was someone you could call about this? any help is appreciated.

flipflop, I have not seen your white sweet potatoes, but probably your best bets are EarthFare or Whole Foods. Possibly Fresh Market. I'm sure they could tell you over the phone whether or not they have them.

Flying, if you hear of a pecan fairy, let us know! The cheapest I've found (generally) is Trader Joe's (sometimes not very fresh), Kroger in the produce dept, and I think Aldi's. None of which have what I'd call a stock up price, but a buy in desperation price. And have you seen the price of walnuts? Ouch!

I'm gonna see what Wednesday's sales bring...a lady can dream, right?

  • Nancy Nov 14, 2011

Flying, nuts have not been included in any sales that I've seen :( But pecans should be a good deal at the Farmers Market since they are grown in our state, I would think anyway. You might want to check out there?

I can confirm the great price on turkeys @ the Triangle Town Center Walmart....45/lb! No additional purchase necessary.

Nancy, congrats on your Turkey breast 'score'!

Now, has anyone out there been able to find a 'Pecan Fairy'? :)

Holly.. I have noticed that when I shop @cvs or food lion the savingstar money shows up much faster than when I shop at HT. Not sure why but oh well...if it gets there I'll be happy. ha!
