Just say no to Target on Black Friday. I did it ONCE and it was a disaster. I'll pass. Maybe I'll try CVS on Thanksgiving Day. Hopefully it's calm and there won't be any injuries..

You guys have officially scared me off! Now maybe Target...

etrudeau114, the Best Buy in Garner is the same way. People start lining up the day before. My husband and daughter got up one Black Friday and went out there about midnight, and the line was wrapped around the building!

jnfw82-I recommend buying straight from Apple. You can get an 8gb ipod touch with free engraving and free shipping for $199. If you buy from Apple you can go to the store and they will walk you through all the nuances of the touch and what it can do. This is good for the first time user and it's free with purchase from Apple, but not if you buy from another store.

And I've been to one of the staged sales schedules there in the past, basically it's whoever gets to the merchandise first - expect a packed store, literally, moving inches once you get inside the store :(

rwilson, if you go to their ad through the link in Faye's blog, you will see on page one which pages of the ad apply to which hours, it's on the bottom right of the first page :)

etrudeau114 - I don't know about the one in Cary, but the one a Crabtree and the one on Capital start lining up around 6 pm the night before.
