Five Below store opening in Garner AND gift card giveaway!

Posted November 2, 2011

There is a new Five Below store opening in Garner on Friday and they are having some fun Grand Opening festivities all weekend! Five Below has donated a gift card and I am giving it away here! My kids love this store and are thrilled to have one a little closer to home!

About Five Below

Five Below offers extreme-value merchandise to teens and pre-teens. The key with Five Below is that all the items in the store are priced between $1 and $5. Everything is $5 or less! That’s pretty enticing for a child.

Five Below carries a wide variety of products including sporting goods, games, jewelry, books, DVDs, iPhone, iPod and MP3 accessories, snacks, candy, bath and body, collectibles, school supplies, stationary, gag items, arts and crafts and seasonal products. The merchandise changes regularly and they carry a number of brand name items like Hello Kitty and Disney.

You can find Five Below stores in Durham at New Hope Commons, Raleigh at Poyner Place, Apex at Beaver Creek Crossing, Cary at Crossroads Plaza, Wilson at Heritage Crossing Shopping Center and Garner at the White Oak Shopping Center.

All sales are final. If there is a problem or imperfection, they will replace it if returned within 14 days with a receipt. The stores accept cash, VISA and MasterCard – no American Express or personal checks.

To learn about the newest merchandise coming in, you can sign up for e-mails HERE. For more information about the company, head to their website at FiveBelow.com

FYI - the Five Below website indicates that most of the Triangle area stores are now hiring for the holidays. If you or someone you know is looking for some seasonal work, you may want to apply. See their website HERE for more details.

Gift Card Giveaway

Five Below has donated a $20 gift card to the blog so let's have a giveaway! All you need to do is post what you (or your kids) like about Five Below. If you have never been to a Five Below, post the types of kid-friendly products you hope they carry. Maybe Five Below will see this and your wish will come true!

I will randomly pick a winner using random.org on Monday, 11/7 at 11 AM and will post the winning name soon after 11:00 AM. Good luck!

Ooops - I meant $20 gift card (not $25) - but still more than enough to do some damage at Five Below!

We love the candy section, but the cheap card games are great for stocking stuffers, too. Have you ever played Rats! with your preschooler? It is FUN!

My daughter and I like to read the funny new T-shirts and find new fun socks. Great place to find some extras (to go with a main gift) for teen presents.

I like Five Below because they have more of a variety of things to offer than Dollar Tree. I hope they have toys for the kids to enjoy. I saw a laptop cooling pad there one time!

Love Five Below because it is a good store for kids to learn the value of a dollar!

I have never been to a Five Below store. My son and I saw it last weekend in White Oak, he wanted to go then but of course they were not opened yet. I looked on their website and saw that they carry sporting goods. I will be getting my son a new basketball, his other one burst recently.
