Harris Teeter Super Doubles event 11/2

Posted October 28, 2011

It looks pretty good for a Harris Teeter Super Doubles event starting Wednesday, November 2 - Tuesday November 8th!  Many folks from this blog have received confirmation from their stores (thanks to everyone who e-mailed me!) and a number of other blogs have reported the event so it's time to start getting your coupons together. I'll start a good deals list in the next day, but feel free to post any deals here and I'll make sure they get on the list.

Coupon policy during Super Doubles:

* HT will Super Double coupons worth up to $1.98 face value. A $1.50 coupon will double to $3.00. A $1.00 coupon will double to $2.00. A $2.00 coupon will not double at all and will only be taken at face value ($2.00).

* HT begins super doubling coupons at 7:00 AM on the first day of the sale. 24 hour stores do not super double coupons before 7:00 AM on the first day (at least that is how it has worked in the past).

* HT will super double/double up to 20 coupons per household per day. Spouse's cards registered with the same address are linked because the policy is 20 per household, per day. If you have twenty $1 coupons and twenty .75 coupons, only 20 total will double. They will not double 20 coupons that are under $1 and also super double another 20 coupons that are over $1. It's 20 total coupons doubled per day.

* HT policy is to double up to 3 identical coupons (as long as you buy the product required for each coupon, of course). So, if you have five $1.00 coupons for a product, the policy is to only super double the first three.

lol Nancy! The things we sacrifice for the love of good deals! ;) I've also used lipstick, my daughters crayons, and my camera phone to 'write down' prices! lol!

Thanks Nancy -- guess I will be making the trip out there this week! Hope they have some by the time I get there. No husband this week and don't think the kids are going to want to go everyday! :)

Which HT Nancy? I couldn't find it today at the Fuquay one on main street and I looked at the HT in HS on 5 too.

"At HT can you stack the e-vic with a manufacture coupon or does it have to be either or?" - robertkiser

If you're talking about the e-vic catalina that prints out of their machine that is a coupon, no, can't be stacked with a manufacturer coupon.

But if totalchaos understood it better, her answer is right on ;)

robertkiser2 - Yes, you can use a coupon with e-vic items! If there is a digital coupon, that will come off as well. Isn't Harris Teeter awesome!

Does anyone know which HT carry the Wolfgang Puck sauces? I have a coupon & e-vic but can't find them!

    Did some checking:
**Sunmaid raisin packs 3 for $7 -- use $1 off coupon from Lowe's food fall book on Sunmaid products
**Those campbells soups are regularly 3.39 -- 1.25 each coupon = .89 cents and then if you bought two could be 45 cents with the E-Vic coupon of $1
    **Crisco 48 oz. Canola = 2.99 - $1 off = .99
**Hidden Valley Dressing = 3.29 each - $1 off = 1.29 (not that great, but I guess better than usual?)
    **Nutthins are still on sale
    **WhoNu cookies = 2/$5 - $1 coupons = .50 each **Betty Crocker muffin mix is normally 2.99 each x 2 = 5.98 - $1 coupon = 3.98 - EVIC $1 = $2.98 for two **Fleischman yeast = 1.49 each = $1 printable (coupons.com) = 2.98 - $2 = 98 cents for two **Munchables = $3.98 - $1 printable (don't know when this was from but it expired 12/31 = $1.98 **Triscuits 3.49 - $1 coupons = 1.49
