On the menu this week we have chicken parmesan, teriyaki tofu, ravioli, veggie chicken sandwiches and pizza night. What's on your menu?

Veggie chicken and provolone sandwiches (Sargento cheese on sale at HT through 10/25 with .55/1 coupon)

Pasta salad

Tangerine slices (on sale at Kroger this week)

Wednesday

Teriyaki tofu and vegetables

Pizza night

Salad

Friday

Ravioli (Celantano frozen brand on sale at Lowes Foods BOGO for $2.50 through 10/25)

Sugar snap peas

Rolls

Saturday

Dinner with friends

    That's about as rough as I will get these days,as well, J. When I went camping with little one's GS troop a couple years ago...with tents....in the middle of summer.... well, that was it for me. :-)

    I do love eggs and hot chocolate by the campfire in the morning!

    faye, you know my camping includes a camper w/ a workign kitchen and bathroom. that's roughing it enough for me. ;)

    j3434, the way it works, to get separation, you have to hit enter twice, in other words double space to create that separation, don't know why, it is that way though :(

    well, no preplanning here...much.
    hubby made vegetable beef soup sunday night w/ canned veggies from last week's ht sale & q's, some potatoes from the reduced cart at ht, and stew beef in the freezer from a bulk purchase at sam's a while back. enough leftovers there for another night this week.
    monday - breakfast which was sandwiches from toast and biscuits and sausage/eggs/cheese all mixed up, and canned pears from last weeks ht sale & q's
    tuesday - soccer party at pizza inn, probably at least one kid will eat for free
    wednesday - probably the night for the leftover soup
    hmmm...it'd be a good idea to think forward to the rest of the week! also need to think forward to mid-november when we've just planned an impromptu vet's day long weekend vacation at...wait for it...a FREE campsite! just gotta pull our camper out there and CHILL. thinking of conveniently leaving the cell phones and computers at home. :)

    Crock pot - wedges of potato, sliced sausage, browned in the pan, green, red, yellow pepppers, garlic and onions sliced and browned in the pan. Layer potato, sausages, skinless chicken breasts (6) and then cover with a mixture of diced italian spiced tomatoes with some tomato paste, grilled pepper, garlic and onions mixed in the sauce. Cooked 6-8 hours on low.

    Served with salad and garlic toast.

    And enough left over to have another two meals!

    Sunday: Sirloin steaks, knorr pasta side, corn.

    Monday: Light chicken alfredo, salad, garlic toast.

    Tuesday: Shake and bake chicken breasts, mashed potatoes, carrots.

    Wednesday: Hamburger helper, broccoli.

    Thursday: Pizza and salad.

    Friday: Date night!

    Saturday: Chicken and dumplings, corn bread, broccoli and carrots.
