Went to HT today and the Tabasco sauce is on sale for 1.25. I had a q for .75/1 (dont know which week or add it was from) but got it for free.

Faye- you're the best! Seriously thanks for doing so much homework for us to make the savings easier. The deals at HT have been really good lately- I've been wondering if that means they're building up to doubles again! woo- hoo! Hope so!

Ok RUMOR UPDATE:

November 2-8 HT will have a coupon event, but according to one girl who talked to her store manager friend, he said it was odd, the corp correspondence gives the date but not whether it's SD's or triples. So we're in limbo still....

Nancy, you are the BEST. rumor or not, thanks for always keeping us posted with the updates :)

I was just talking about how I think I have reached the point where I HAVE to (against my will, lol) switch to the binder method, now I have a date to do it by :)

my sister works for HT and told me SD starts next Wednesday?

ncsualum - you are welcome :) I am old school, no binder for me, just a couple of check accordian folders - wide enough not to have fold the long ones and just have 24 categories ;)

Ok, folks who have signed up for SavingStar digital savings, they've added some new ones, Smart Balance and Oatmeal products too! Get them before they're gone!

I haven't gone to HT yet. I tried my first shopping experience today at Walgreens. For a first timer, I think I did pretty well. There was an unadvertised sale on Finesse Shampoos for $1.99 and I had a coupon for $1.00 off of any one product. I then had a $4.50 RR, which made it FREE!

Now, I've noticed that Rite Aid has their points differently. If you buy 2 products you'll get X amount back in UP points, but if you spend X amount you will get this many UP points. Does this mean you'll get both sets of UP points if you buy two and spend that allotted amount?

Thank you in advance.

hollyautry - wow, that would be wonderful! That would mean our Oct coupons would not miss the event - we all need to hold our collective breath and hope that happens!

If anyone is looking for a good supplier of ink/toner for your printers, today only 10% off all products AND free shipping, no matter the size of your order :)

I've used this company for over two years and some of you have tried/liked it too - so here's the link:

So far my two expandable (accordion) folders have done great! One for food, one for nonfood. But latley it has just gotten a little out of hand, my "frozen" section is so packed I can't find anything, and I havent been able to close my expandable files for a while :(. Even with two! And they are nicer magnetic close ones. I don't want a cluncky binder, but I think three expandable files will be just as bad :(
