Thanks for the info on where to find the cascade trial sizes. I will try again tomorrow morning.

It is not the bar code -- it is actually a separate paper within the movie insert that saws disney movie rewards or something similar on it. The codes are all printed on a white block on the piece of paper in mine.
So in most of the movies there is a piece of paper with random set of numbers/letters on it (not all movies have it which was really frustrating!) -- you go to http://www.disneymovierewards.go.com/ and enter the codes (you have to create an account). It takes about 7-8 movies to get to the 750 point range. Once you have entered enough of the codes, go to rewards and click on the 700+ awards to look for the $20 gift card one! You can only enter 10 codes a day and most movies are worth around 100 points (I saw a range from 75 to 125 points).
Good luck -- if you need additional help let me know. I just found out about this and was so excited!!! My girls are still into Disney so I think this is a great freebie!!!
Steph, I think I missed something. Where do you enter the codes? IS this on the Disney website or what? I have lots of Disney movies and would love the gift card. Help!
Thanks,
LindaB

Steph, are you talking about barcodes? And where do you enter the codes?
If you own Disney movies, make sure you enter the codes! I had NEVER done this and a friend told me about a $20 gift card for 750 points. I sat down and went through our cabinet -- had over 2,000 points! My free $20 gift card is on the way! Christmas is right around the corner :)
