Lowes Foods has some very good deals this week on chicken breast, carrots, onions, Green Giant frozen veggies, Ragu pasta sauce, soap and more! These sales are valid September 28 - October 4, 2011.

Lowes Coupon Policy Basics:

Doubles coupons .99 or less everyday

Doubles up to 20 coupons per day

Doubles up to 4 identical coupons (must have required product to go with each coupon)

BOGO sales ring up at half price. If you just buy one, it still rings up at half price and you can still use a coupon on it! I love that policy!

Reminder: You can now add digital coupons to your Lowes Foods Reward card by going to Lowesfoods.com. These coupons will not double.

Hot pockets $2.00 - .75/3 coupon from 8/21 SS = $1.50 each

Tombstone pizza $3.50 - .75 coupon from 9/18 SS = $2.00

Pet ice cream, 56 oz, BOGO on sale for $3.00 - $1 coupon from 9/11 SS = $2.00 (a good price for ice cream)

Stouffer’s family size entrees 24-40 oz $5.99 - $1 coupon from 9/25 SS = $4.99

KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce 17-18 oz $1.50 - .50 coupon from 9/25 SS, .50 coupon from 8/21 SS = .50

Texas Pete hot sauce 12 oz $1.25 - .40/1 coupon from 5/1 SS (exp 9/30) = .45

Fiber One bars $2.50 - .40 coupons from 8/7 and 9/11 GM inserts = $1.70
If the Fiber One brownies are included in sale, use .75/1 coupon from 8/7 GM and total = $1.00

Quaker Chewy Bars $2.50 - .75/2 coupon from 8/28 RP = $1.75 (my buy price for granola bars is $1.25 or less per box. During HT triples there were a few varieties of granola bars that were .25 per box after coupon)

General Mills cereal, select varieties Buy 3 get $3 off at the register - $1/2 coupon from 9/25 SS, $1/3 coupon from 9/11 GM, $1/2 Cheerios printable from bettycrocker.com found HERE

Heinz 57 sauce, 10 oz bottle, $3.50 - $1 coupon from 8/28 SS = $2.50 (boy this stuff is expensive for a 10 oz condiment – is it good?)

Quaker Instant Oatmeal $2.50 - $1 coupon from All You Magazine October

Non-Food

Lever 2000 bath bars, 2 pack $1.50 - .50/1 printable coupon found HERE = .50

Wisk $3.99 - $2 coupon from 8/21 SS = $1.99 (a good price)

Brawny paper towels, 8 regular rolls or 6 pick-a-size rolls $6.99 - .50 coupons from 8/14 RP & 9/25 SS

    My hubby HAS to have Heinz 57...he uses it on almost every type of meat and anytime we have potatoes.

    It is ridiculously expensive though for a condiment. I find the best deal is to get the two pack of big bottles at Sam's Club for about $7 (ouch!). Really, it is the only condiment I pay more than 50 cents for...

    Smartsource.com has a bunch of coupons for pillsbury and green giant veggies that are a little better than the coupons in the mail. I used zipcode 27302.

    I dont like Heinz 57 is good at all, too spicy for me. I like A1, and there is no way I would pay 2.5 for it.

    HT has a better deal on the KC masterpiece starting tomorrow. With the .50 cent coupon doubled it will be free. From moolasavingsmom blog.
