In our area, there are many Aldi stores and of course, couponing will reduce your grocery bill significantly. Also, one of the points that was made on The Dollar Stretcher forum is that there were a number of prepared and processed foods in the AFM boxes. Making many of those foods from scratch (fresh chicken instead of breaded processed chicken nuggets), is usually less expensive and healthier.
