Kroger deals 9/11

Posted September 11, 2011

It's time for another Mega Event at Kroger: Buy 10 participating products and get $5 off at the register! There are some very good buys with the promotion this week as well as great deals on milk ($2.79/gallon), Wisk detergent ($1.25 after coupon) and more! This is a very good week for Kroger deals!

Kroger Coupon Policy Basics

Doubles coupons up to .50 at Kroger stores in the Raleigh, NC area

Many Kroger stores only allow 2 identical coupons per day (check with your store about their limits)

No total limits of coupons doubled per day

Senior Citizen Discount on Tuesday’s: If you are born on or before 1954, receive a 5% discount on total grocery bill (excludes alcohol, tobacco and prescriptions)

Kroger digital e-coupons can be found at the link in the box above. You cannot couple a digital coupon with a paper coupon at Kroger. If you have a digital coupon loaded to your card, the register will automatically deduct it and will not allow you to use the paper coupon. Digital coupons do not double. Click HERE for the digital coupons.

Fuel Rewards: Save up to $1 per gallon at Kroger gas stations when you redeem up to 1000 fuel points. Save 10 cents per gallon at participating Shell when you redeem 100 fuel points. For more information on the fuel rewards, Click HERE.

Kick Off to Saving Mega Event!: Save $5 instantly at checkout when you buy 10 participating items. All items must be purchased in the same transaction. oops that should read Kroger on Timber Drive (not Timberlake) - too early for me to be attempting to be smart LOL

mindy - each Kroger follows their own coupon rules, and no, they don't have them anywhere to be found :( They make them up at each store it seems.

The Kroger in FV takes multiples of printables and insert coupons without batting an eye, I used 3 identical printables on two different items (6 printables) and 6 tear pad coupons on another and so forth.

Yet, the Kroger up in Garner on Timberlake restricts you to two like coupons.

There is no fixed corporate policy for all stores and Kroger is really tough to judge what you can do in any given store :(

Mindyswope, I'm not sure about the Kroger you went to but the Kroger I go to in Durham takes all of my internet coupons with no problems.

Nancy, you seem to know the policies pretty well, I wanted to jump into the Kroger 10/$5 off deal this week due to the cereal and cereal bars, but the last time I was there they told me that you can only use 2 internet printed coupons PER DAY (not per item, PER DAY). I emailed the company to see if this is really the case, but never got a response (3 emails later), so I thought you might know if this is really the case?

I stopped in at Kroger for a gallon of the $2.79 skim milk today, and in the "convenience cooler" near the front of the store there were 2 half gallons of skim, each marked down to $0.89, dated Sept. 18th. Wow, even better than $2.79/gallon! But wait, here's the amusing part: in the regular milk coolers at the back of the store, there were more than a dozen half gallons of skim, all dated Sept. 18th, each marked down to $0.79 ... isn't that interesting? This was at the MLK & Roxboro store in Durham, BTW. I only got two, but I'll bet they all sell overnight at that price! :-)

lindalarry - not sure since the ECB's don't say "manufacturer coupon" on them and the cashier today said "is this a manufacturer coupon?" and since it said that, she took them :)

The Wisk at the FV location was $1.49 after coupon.

    Nancy,

I did not know that Kroger let you use rewards from Walgreens. Can you use ECB's also?

Just an FYI I looked on the Kroger weekly ad and it said that only the skim and 1% milk is $2.79.
