NEW CVS coupon policy

Posted September 9, 2011

CVS has a new official coupon policy available on their website. What does this mean for you? Not much. Basically, they have put in writing most of the things we have always been able to do at CVS. Having the policy is helpful in those cases where your cashiers are not as knowledgeable about couponing, though.

Click HERE for the CVS coupon policy.

The policy does not include a BOGO policy, unfortunately. At this time, all the CVS stores I shop allow you to use a coupon on both items of a Buy One Get One Free deal. Hopefully, they will add that verbage to any updated policies.  Thanks to Birmingham Bargain Mom for posting the info on Twitter!

    I agree, dragonflyz. :-)

these are all common within cvs already. i work at a local cvs part time, and most of us follow these already. :)

i do like that having this in place will prevent a lot of the 'i want 25 of these right now' customers and keep us from having to write rainchecks for the rest of the week until our truck comes in... ;)

I hate what Extreme Couponing has done to those of us who don't go to extremes, but just want to save a buck where we can.

I like where it says that mgmt has the right to limit how many same items someone can buy. Maybe that will cut down on greed & hoarding.
