Reminder: Free Redbox movie TODAY!

As I posted in the Friday Freebies last week, today is the day to redeem your FREE Redbox movie code that you receive when you Like them on Facebook!

Click HERE for the Redbox Facebook page. Click “Get a Free Movie Night”. You will get the code right away and then you can use it today. I have already rented a movie for the girls to watch tonight (assuming they don't have too much homework on this first day of school!).

If you already have your code from signing up earlier in the week, don't forget to use it. You can still get a code today, but their Facebook page seems bogged down right now so hopefully you can get through and get a code.

Yep - what carolinagirl said. :-) As long as your on-screen balance was $0, you should not be charged. Enjoy your movie. We are headed to watch ours now.

As long as the code is entered, it will show a 0.00 balance. At least the last time I used it it did. But if you do get charged the 1.00, as long as you return the movie before 9 p.m. the next day, the 1.00 will come off of your account with in 3-7 days they say. Depends on the bank.

Yes I entered the code, and when it showed total amount due on screen it said $0.00 but when i called my bank automated balance line it said $1.00 was charged. Thanks for the info I will call them.

Did you enter your code into the the PromoCode box when you got the DVD? My total was $0.00 so it does not sound like it worked for you. Call the Redbox 1-800 number and see if they will credit the $1 back on your card if you give them the code now. Here is their number: 1.866.733.2693

Hey Faye I used my code today. This is my first time doing it. It charged my card $1.00 will it credit it back once I return movie?
