Thanks pss3 for the clarification on the Food Lion policy. I guess I was just hopeful thinking! LOL. I love going to Target or Rite Aid and double stacking...was hoping Food Lion would let me too. Oh Well.

RE: The Planters coupon, Hawaii. I notice it says "Redeemable in Hawaii," which is not an exclusionary statement. If it said "Redeemable **only** in Hawaii," that would exclude NC. It's simply advertising that you can use this coupon in Hawaii but is not forbidding its use on the mainland. With the level of design that must go into these coupons, my guess is that the question of adding the exclusionary word "only" (or "limited to") must have been discussed and then deliberately omitted. The coupon is probably NOT exclusive to Hawaii.

pss3 - Well put! We don't need to skirt the edges of honest coupon use - not worth it and the harm it can do is only going to come back to us.

"As far as the Hawaii coupons...several people on afullcup.com have reported using them just fine at stores in the Raleigh area. They give me a little heebie-jeevie feeling though, so I won't use them. Too many good deals that I know are 100% legit for me, I don't ever want to risk bad coupon karma. My family depends on my savings ability."

That's one of the (many) reaons I really like this site -- most everyone seems very ethical and I really like that!

watchhillgirl- no you can't stack coupons at Food Lion, their policy states one coupon per item. If you got a FL mailer for $5 off a $25 purchase, you could use that with other coupons but you can't stack a store Q with a manufacturer's Q. This also goes for the electronic coupons you add online to your MVP card, no stacking them either.

As far as the catalinas...it is surprising how few people know what they are and also people who don't coupon just throw them away.

There is a $1 off coupon for Mrs Dash Seasoning on their facebook page, also some new coupons on CouponNetwork. I got two to match up with my Evic Greek Yogurt.

I printed out some Food Lion coupons from their website. Can you stack them with manufacturers coupons?
Also, when I walked out of the store, someone had left about 10 Catalinas in the shopping carts....can you believe people just throw money around? I got 3 $1.00 coupons for Silk Almond milk, a $3.00 coupon off beneful dog food, and $1.00 off lean cuisine!
