I went online last night and found out mine was eligible as well. It says that you will receive a "replacement" iPod. I didn't take this to necessarily mean a brand new one. Is there anywhere that says for sure it'll be brand new, or maybe just a refurbished model?

I am getting a free one my old one is boxed up and ready to go back via FedEx
