RALEIGH, N.C. — 1. Four more people have been arrested and charged for vandalizing a Confederate statue in Durham earlier this week, bringing the total number of arrests to eight. Three of the new arrests came during a morning rally where supporters of the people charged earlier in the case arrived to “symbolically” turn themselves in.
