5 Hawaii sex offenders charged after failing registration requirements

HONOLULU, HI — The Hawaii Attorney General is charging five male convicted sex offenders after failing to comply with covered offender registration requirements.
One man is currently in custody, while the Attorney General issuing bench warrants for the other four.
The names of the individuals are Ted Haudenshild, James Kula III, Sheldon Collier, and Kenneth Scott Char,
