— Four men are accused of kidnapping and raping a woman in Raleigh.

It happened sometime Saturday at an undisclosed location.

Police arrested Wuilmer Danilo Galea, 30; Jose Bustos, 26; Homero Garcia Zapata, 38; and Rafael Bergara Barela, 33, on Saturday night.

Each man is charged with rape, first-degree kidnapping, breaking and entering, larceny and possession of stolen goods, police said.

The men were being held Sunday in the Wake County Jail on $820,000 bond. They will make their first court appearance on Tuesday.

These guys are guilty until proven innocent. I hope they didn't have any diseases. That is something I would worry about. I don't care what ethnicity you are, where you came from...I would just be scared of a killer disease by being a raped victim. If they gave her something I would hope they would get an attempted murder added to the rape sentence. That is a law that I would propose. I don't even care if she catches a cold...that is a virus too. I would still impose the highest sentence on them beyond law. I need to be a judge.

dh1964..... if you take those statistics about the USA and break them down racially/per capita, you'll see CLEARLY what cultures engender this type of thing.

if this ever happens to the family member of one of our elected officials the laws will be enforced the way it should

"Rev." RB said, "But still, one wonders about a culture that engenders this type of thing, especially in under-aged females."

Railing against illegal immigrants is one thing, but this is the most unbelievably ignorant and racist comments posted yet. Where do you get the idea that the accused are from a culture that "engenders" this kind of behavior? If you want to find a culture that engenders violence against women, look no further than our own. According to Men Against Sexual Assault, "the United States has the highest rape rate among countries which report such statistics. It is 4 times higher than that of Germany, 13 times higher than that of England and 20 times higher than that of Japan." So, whose culture engenders this kind of behavior?

I agree that illegals who commit crimes should lose their privilege to live in the US, but please don't pretend like "American" men are above kidnapping, rape, and abuse. It happens every single day in this country and around the world.

I don't want to pretend like bad things happen, but I wish WRAL would cover as much good news as bad. At least balance out all the hate and sadness that's going on now. For every 1 person who commits a heinous crime against another person there have to be at least 4 good people in the world that aren't getting any recognition for their good deeds.

I think it is the clothes Justin, they are always wearing those orange striped shirts.

There is something unusually similar about the majority of the crimes committed lately. Something seems familiar about the last names and ethnic backgrounds I keep seeing. What could it be?
